I was servicing a customer's home at the same time (unrelated field) and was impressed enough with his conduct while I was there to call the office and schedule. I almost couldn't believe how honest and professional everything was. Prices were as quoted, an INCREDIBLE job of touch up, detailed notes and suggestions (no pushy sales pitches), punctual, and thorough. I never would have considered an annual maintenance before but after seeing how much attention Chris paid to our fireplace I will be calling to sign up. Couldn't be any happier.
